Ok, this is the first time I do the MC. I'm on my 9th day.
Yesterday I was preaty weak and spacey, and was thinking of ending the fast today. I did great for the 7 days before that. I think I've lost some weight (haven't been able to measure) but I've noticed that I'm skinnier than I already used to be. I don't really want to loose much weight.
I can't say if my tounge looks light pink or sort of white...

s0 I don't know, would it be a good idea to just end it today? or to go ahead and end it after day 12???
