i read the quads responses and it sounds like everyone is doing great!

i like the little pieces of advice and all the experiences... it helps so much to hear it!

I find that if i'm getting hungry i just go to bed... I don't necessarily go to sleep, but i go to bed and get all warm and cozy... once i'm all settled in... wild horses couldn't get me out! (except maybe the lax tea!)
