I have reluctantly started today (MC#3). My first two cleanses were successful but it got emotionally more difficult for Me??? I know I have to move onto some more serious cleanses like a Liver Flush etc but i'm just not ready yet. I am hoping this cleanse will help me get to that point

I'm not so excited this time and I really need to borrow some enthusiasm from the many quads who started today (how many are there anyway?)
