Upon my reading, I discovered that the cayenne should be 100,000 heat-units. Most brands are LESS. I therefore went to the Vitamin Shoppe and bought Solaray's COOL CAYENNE capsules. Surprisingly, the cayenne is not as hot as the cayenne bought at a supermarket.

When ready to use the cayenne, I open up a capsule and pour into the glass as much needed. I throw the rest away (I'm lazy to save the rest.)
