A great way to take cayenne pepper is to go to the health food store and get an herbal tincture. You know, those little bottles with eye droppers? That way you have total control over the dosage, can put some drops in your jar, it diffuses it and it's not so hot anymore. Taking a pill prevents the cayenne from entering thru your mouth sublingually, which is one of the best ways to take it. You literally get high as it increases circulation all over.
