Hello everyone..:)

I am a new here so bit by bit I am going to know more about it..:))

From the previous message I have posted I found out that I need to drink infusions (tea) at least 30 min before meal. Also I wad told that parasites dont like garlic, carrot and brown rice..:)

My plan is while eating healthy (fiber) to do 7 days parasite cleance... I dont know the neme of herb in English I have bought it in one of Chineese shops which specializes on herbs (they dont know its name just in Chineese). As soon as I finish 7 days course I will do a Liver Flush ... Ok, my question is HOW OFTEN should I do parasitye cleanse?.. I suppose that herb, infusion of which I am going to drink, can kill just partucular types of parasites.. So what else would u recomend ( I mean here not capsules but mixture of herbs)?... What about mixture of herbs like Black Walnut Hulls (from the black walnut tree), Wormwood, and Common Cloves?? It says that this mixture sh be used as a single treatment (ones or how many times??)... So that was 2 my questions..:)

Ps: and how will I know with time that I dont have any serious parasites in my body at least???
