i have the same sort of dream where i will be trying to fight or hit or kick something , i did not have the strenght or my fighting was useless and i felt that my punches would not do anything, but after starting thai boxing and training really hard i remember having the same sort of dream and actually the reverse applied and when i did fight say a mugger or whatever it was in my dream i actually killed him and then became scared of my own strength and feared going to prison.
so it seems that you cannot win either way in these dreams. i dont know what it means if anything but its quite similar to others on here. the boxing made me confident in my own abilities when i was concious and i think that showed in my subconcious but either way the dream ends up with great feelings of fear. have not had one for a few months.
