Flaxseed oil does not contain anything that is specifically good for heavy metals.

I'd suggest animal-based omega 3, given that heavy metal poisoning means increased oxidative stress, and that means that the more fragile vegetal omega 3 won't survive long and you might have a deficiency of essential fatty acids in general.
