That warning is put on all products for supplements. Are you breast feeding the baby? If so are you consuming enough water? Constipation is a sign of a lack of water or dehydration.......go to http://www.watercure2.com for more info on water. But cold press flaxseed oil like Barleans are good choice and my little kids were taking it from about 8months on up, but we breast fed as long as possible. Flaxoil is high omega 3 fats good for brain developments and also fishoil .
