Thank you that clears up the protein type issue,however since i am estrogen positive Breast Cancer I was afraid to use the cottage cheese.Even organic cottage cheese has growth hormones in it (growth hormones are naturally present in all milk-it stimulates growth for the baby)regular cottagecheese ,of course has the hormone injected in the cow in addition.I just dont feel it is safe.
