T, yes it is obvious a curtailing of energy. Obviouslty blue hand and manik are related. Similar to manus or hand the power what you man-ifest by hand. Yes I recall the pre-approval. Hmmm... To me energy is taken away for misuse or to conserve for greater or higher use. I suspect the latter for you strongly just as I do for myself. Jesus had his power cut off (nails in hand) on the cross to be used for a higher purpose resurrection and perfection of self.

As I was telling Lori once you step into the spiritual realm the way the world operates or you perceive it operates is not always valid until you get full sight. The eyes are tainted by judgement. Believe that something greater must come and act like you expect it, it has to everything is already created we just have to adjust to view it.
