Hi Tracey! I'm really not sure, but the connection with the OBE's is certainly plausible. Maybe i do wake up as i start to drift because of the fear. I really like the idea of the bubble and i will definitely have to give it a try. Like i said, i don't have them very often, but they're really powerful when i do. I'm torn about the idea of actually having an OBE though--it sounds pretty cool, but what if i can't find my way back to my body? eeekk! do you find that when you have them you learn something you otherwise couldn't? in what way do they benefit you?
