Based only on my own experience, flax seed oil does not reduce testosterone levels. I was on testosterone blockers for prostate cancer until November of last year and the level was way down to around 20. Normal is over 200. Meanwhile, I have continuted the
Budwig protocol, which includes an intake of 1/4-cup of flax seed oil daily. In my latest test, about three weeks ago, my testosterone level is over 210.

I have no basis to commet on estrogen levels.
