If you are using flax seed oil as a dietary supplement, I would suggest four tablespoons a day. Check the information pages on Barlean's web site. They have a lot of excellent information on the many uses of flax seed oil.

Do not put the oil in another bottle. The bottle Barlean uses is light-proof with good reason. Flax seed oil should always be stored in a refrigerated and dark place. Also, the new cap they are using makes it very easy to pour without making a mess.
