Marj, I think this indicates that you have a lot to deal with specifically thru the avenue of writing since it is coming out so easily. The same happens to me when I write to "enlighten others" I end up enlightening myself. If we all enlighten ourselvews by the same methods we try to do for others they will see us as an example and do the same for self.

Tracey and others have suggested the writing..It is so natural for me but I put it off also... I just picked it up recently after a dep conversation with a friend, I had so many "insights and revelations" that my mind could not keep up with them, my friend said hang up the phone and write down your thoughts.. Surprise!! my mind works much better when I write and I serve the world better by serving self as I help others by my example. The world needs for us to help others but also help self to serve in the process this is just as important as serving others. A.,
