I had a profound moment with this subject a few months ago myself. I was reading Andreas Moritz "Freedom from Judgement" about healing and how our cells respond to everything we tell them. I am trying to heal myself physically & emotionally.

I realized that I send loving energy to everyone around me - my children, spouse, coworkers, passers-by. But what about me?

I try to talk lovingly to all these people too, especially my children. I try to be gentle with them and responsive. But what about me?

All I ever told myself was criticism, judgement and disapproval.

It really woke me up. I immediately apologized and am moving forward with a new relationship with my body and my Self, trying to talk lovingly to it every time I am conscious of it.
