What you say makes sense.

Although quark, cottage cheese, and yoghurt aren't ingredients in a few of the recipe's in the Budwig cookbook, one or the other of them appears in most the recipes. Garlic or onions appear in most the recipes without dairy products, by the way.

I'll try dairy products once more. Budwig's recipes don't demand as much dairy as the guidelines posted here. Some of the recipes look delicious.
