hello every one . i just got flaxseed oil cold pressed from barleans,
it came in plastic brown bottle,

how much per a day should i take just to maintain a healthy diet.

should i replace the plastic bottle with glass one, and keep it refrigrated.

whatis best way to keep it fresh at all the time
