First of all...interesting that you used to run away to the back of the car and this last dream took place in a vehicle. The wounded Inner child symbolism is pretty clear.

Interesting that she was Islamic...if you are non-Islamic (I'm assuming!) then this is revealing that this Inner Child of yours is very foreign to you. If you are feeling sorry for Islamic children right now then that too is telling you something about how you feel about your Inner Child.

Yes, don't count on your parents changing...but you CAN and WILL change. What is interesting, too, is that usually when one person in the family changes ALL the members change...so you could be a catalyst for growth for your whole family...although your focus should be on getting yourself healthy. You family atmosphere does not seem at all healthy and you definitely need to get out. If you can Imagine that you will find a healthful place to live (they are out there!) that it can be done. If, however, you are sure that there is no other place for you...you can be sure that no other place will turn up...

Although you know this already and it sounds pat - you're going to have to forgive your parents...for they know now what they do/did! You must move on emotionally, spiritually and physically...

Because you don't just have a physical illness...it sounds like it is stemming from emotional/spiritual dis-ease as well...
