Hi Arista!

I find that the DESIRE to dream and remember the dream is the main thing one needs (then, of course, you go through phases of simply not remembering!) - and if, just before you drift off, you intensely request a dream to answer either ___ questions or heal or..whatever you want - the sky's the limit! - then you will likely have a dream (just remember to request that you REMEMBER it too!)...
