It's been awhile since I have read about the dairy fat & cancer connection, but if you look it up on the internet, there is plenty of info about it. Dr. Day's get well workbook has plenty of info in it about dairy fat and cancer. And a lot of it comes from documented government info. I am still going to use the Nancy's low-fat c.c. Half of that with half non-fat yogurt and at least 4 tblsp. of the oil. I love the taste of the two together.
