wow, that's interesting about the protein/kidney reaction. so are you taking fat free yogurt now in place of the cottage cheese?
nancy's low fat organic c.c. was what i was using too.
the budwig research is so compelling, and i have read clifford beckwith's notes, amazing stories!
i just want to find something that works for lactose intolerant people...
for my own curiosity, can you direct me to where you found the research on dairy fats being the harmful components of dairy?
