I heard soymilk is not good if you have Breast Cancer (alot of controversial story about this). Plus, the commercial ones have other chemicals in them. Make sure you read the label.

The best soy product suggested is fermented soy only, such as: miso, natto and tempeh. You can find these in health food stores or japanese market.
