Garcia, not sure about the mechanics of it, but my ex-sister in law sucked her thumb until 10-11 also and she has narrowed teeth in that region along with a slightly deformed lip kind of puckered in the middle. Oh yeah my dentist told me recently that teeth move in the gumline after my crown would not fit after being off for 2 months.
