I'm taking essence of mugwort not the actual herb it is day 4 and I noticed a difference from day 1. My dreams were way more jam-packed so much that I can put no order to them like a veritable collage of dream happenings. Also my vision is shaky and somewhat milky. My research shows mugwort is to help with clarity of dreams. I think I have to get used to this vibration though. I hear a lot of voice chatter between my conscious' last night I heard "be quiet this is not for you I am talking to god!" I have had 2 astral and remote viewing experience. Elly did you notice a change in vision with the mugwort? maybe it just takes time to get used to I am taking other things to though.
