Ya, you know I have run into a similar problem with my illness. The QXCI machine says that my subconcious mind is holding me back from healing. The subconscious mind/higher self is really so far from my physical life as of right now that I cannot communiacte well with it. I try to meditate and say, "I give you permission to let go of the fears and allow me to progress in my healing." You may try somrthing similar to that. At least I feel like I am progressing now. I think it did help. You can also write a letter to make it more active. I cried an aweful lot about it too. I don't think that helped any, but I was getting so frustrated and confused. Ya, I just do not know how to be in touch with my spirit. I think I am, but then I think I'm not. Its a work in progress.
But I am seriously impressed with how much our spirit is allowing you to experience and remember. You were definitely here with us. It seems the only way to have known all that you knew about my house. That mugwort is sinking in and you are very receptive to it. What an experience Elly! Keep it up! I believe at the appropriate time, more things will be revealed to you. Maybe it just is not the right time.
