I like your name by the way. Are you a cowboy fan? I was always an indian when I was a little boy. Anyway, I agree with you we should not complicate much on this matter. But since you mentioned pets and I love my dog, what is your knowledge on putting EFA to their food? Lot of web sites for dogs suggest 1 teaspoon of flax oil for a dog of 20 lbs and 1 teaspoon of seeds that contain omega 6, to get a right balance beetwen omega 3 and 6.
