Reading Markus post mentioning ratio 2:1 in favour to omega 3 EFA, I went to see a link about Flaxoil from Curezone.It is Udo Erazmus formula but at the same time I read that ratio 1:2 in favour to omega 6 is what human body needs. Can we have a debate on this and how do we "Curezone junkies" deal with this issue.
I began to complicate things again hehehe.
