Thanks for clearing up the issue about your identities!

I've also come across studies which showed that the benefits of fish oil are cancelled out if trans-fatty acids are not eliminated from the diet and I suppose that also applies to the benefits of flax seed oil.

I'll check out the leads you both suggested.
