I mix the Epsom Salts with apple juice - it makes it ... tolerable, lol!

The first flush I used water & Aaarrgghhh. Some folks say it's not so bad, but everyone's tastes are different.... The apple juice really does make a big difference, but the taste *is* there.

After the Epsom Salts , I always quickly brush my teeth & tongue. That's what really helps the most. I've gotten 'stones' from every flush so far, so it seems to work!
