Wow, I do not know how you could get down all of that oil. I have a hard time just with 1/2 cup. I was like you, my first flush I actually liked the OO/grapefruit mix and didn't think the Epsom was all that bad. But since then every flush I do it gets worse. I don't know why. I read that too about someone's husband passing stones just by eating lots of apples. That is awesome. Each time I do a flush I ask myself why am I doing this again! But I know why and I am always glad I did it. I will continue no matter how much I dislike it. The liver is an amazing organ that's for sure.
