Congratulations. Thanks for mentioning the flax seed oil. I have been thinking of switching oils because I don't want to grow to hate olive oil. On my second flush I took a cup and a half of oo, and it was fairly hard to get down. On my first flush I actually quite liked the oo/grapefruit concoction. Not that I'd ever mix one up without the flush in mind, but it went down really easy. The Epsom Salt drink tasted worse.

I am amazed at how effective these flushes are. And there seems no other way to really consistently clear out all this gunk. I did read one posting about a man passing stones by just eating apples a lot, but I don't recall ever seeing stones before. I still am amazed how much congestion the liver can hold.
