Follow the rules for your first flush. The Hulda Clark flush is generally good for beginners. I have used Coke twice on flushes and have gotten good results. The Coke contains phosphoric acid which is supposed to help soften stones.I am curious about the ice cream, but the last flushes I have done were done because of pain. I stick with methods I know will work. But, having said that, I would love to do a flush with a big ol' Coke float instead of olive oil and grapefruit juice. I'm anxious to learn more.
