Since you mentally and physically feel better you might as well do the flush.

Doing nothing won't help. All that water is great.

Just keep flushing every week. The problem with the detox "flue" symptom is that you don't know if you are really sick or not.

I just caught your message, my left side is aching, so I was going to do my colema.

This feels like a fulltime job.
