It is the one that says "don't be bummed, take action".

The sinus problems are in a way not a problem, it means that the toxins are coming out. I had terrible pain in my sinus and ears for weeks.
Eventually it went away. And one of the benefits was that after years of allergies, they did disappear.

To-day I have a slight headache and a little bit of clogged ears from the flush I did the other day. To-day I am going to do a colema to make sure that everything has come out of me.
I also have the feeling that for me it is time for a kidney cleanse.
