What thebirdlady says is correct, the Blood Type Diet doesn't work at all if you are a fast oxidizer (I'm one myself), but Kelley's systems takes this into account.

What I don't understand is that you say that you are type 1, subtype 10. According to the e-book I have (which is the one on his cancer cure, but which also deals with metabolic typing), type 1 contains the subtypes 1, 4 and 6, while type 2 contains subtypes 2, 5 and 7 and type 3 contains 3, 8, 9 and 10. So there's no type 1 subtype 10. Or does he use a different classification system in his other book?

Could you specify in the first place whether you are a sympathetic, parasympathetic of balanced metaboliser, because this is what makes most of the difference.
