This only works for the slow oxidizers. Be ware...there is no easy MT.
I am a fast oxidizer dominant and parasympathic; purines become a huge part of my MT diet. So I eat high purine proteins and vegitables. The ratios of protein, to fat, to carb also vary for each type.
