And thank you for introducing me to Aajonus Vanderplanitz! What a great resource for any of us high purines who have raw urges!

I'm still looking for something to marinate my heart in...I'm using Sally Fallon's organ recipes (they rock!) but they all use vinegar and lemon juice.
