I've been doing MT for about 2 years based on reading etc. and finally found a program that is affordable and I am already making changes for the better because of the new/clarified information.

Dr. Mercola has teamed up with Bill Wolcott, modified his HealthExcel software to a one hour questionaire online with 14 cds of info about MT. (There's also a lot of info for free at Dr. Mercola's website).
They have some really useful tools (like a checklist you fill out 2 hours after eating a meal) etc. that really is helping me fine tune my diet.

I can certainly recommend this...

and you will find the Metabolic Typing Online test and 14 cds.
Mine includes membership in a private forum. That is hosted by a naturopath who is the same MT as I! I hope to meet some other serious MT's of my type and perhaps we can network on recipes, breakfast ideas etc.
