Hi.
I am thinking of seeking a metabolic typing evaluation to try and improve my mental health. Does anyone have experience with treating mental health problems with the metabolic typing diet approach? Or, does anyone have any advice/know of any relevant information on this subject?
So far, all I know about it is what I have read in George Watson's "Nutrition and Your Mind."
