Hi, your metabolic type may change over time, at least according to Donald Kelley and Harold Kristal. I'm not sure if this is true in Bill Wolcott's system or other metabolic typing diet systems... But, it seems to be one of the fundamental principles of metabolic typing. So, potentially you could be on a metabolic typing diet and your diet could still change over time.
I think that if you are on the m.t. diet, one of the key things to make it work is to re-test your type periodically.
