Interesting to read your real-live account on Met testing. My wife and I are contemplating to give it a go since she's suffering from IBS and I'm a sucker for anything new... How do you start, though? There's this clinic here in London, charging £165.00 a pop and I'm wondering if a book wouldn't get us started just as well?
How did jou get about it and what would you have done differently in hindsight? Sorry for all those questions but I'm really intrigued - I just don't want to invest a lot of lolly if there are more economical ways.
