Well, it was not a statement, the person I am looking for, whom I suspect may be a female, would know exactly what the phrase means, and they should be able to name the exact location I was in when it happened, and the means by which it was delivered, before I am completely convinced. Yes, it was a tragic situation that was averted. You are about 50% right with your gut so far. Hope to hear from you soon.
