Kelly, can you tell me please how much Q10 and borage oil did he take each day? And did he eat the 1/4 cup cc/1 tbl oil in two sittings each day , or did he eat a total of twice that amount per day? (1/2 cup and 2 tbls)? At what point during the day did he eat this- upon rising, with breakfast, after dinner??? Also what are these substances you've mentioned, the Brazilian extract and that AIM garden trio? Did you notice any improvement once he started on these last two things? And what brand shark cartl. did you buy? these are lots of questions, thank you for replying!
