Here is a wonderful breakfast idea

Heard of "Mung beans"?
It is green nut like or a seed like or even better said it is a type of a lentil. Widely available in health food stores, rich in proteins and known to have good effects on the liver.

Take 1 cup of Mung beans soak it over night (about 10 to 12 hours) and in the morning boil it with a teaspoon full of salt, between medium to high heat. After about 15 to 20 minutes check if beans are getting cracked or even better carefully take one and crush between you fingers to determine if cooked. If done, take it out and drain the water completely. Serve it on a dish and put three table spoons of Flaxseed oil and a tiny bit of ground pepper to taste if you like to be little spiced up, or a dash of lemon to make it tangy.

The combination of Mung beans, Flaxseed oil and lemon is an easy, tasty and purposeful food targeting your liver.

Enjoy!
God bless you!

Tony
