The problem with any sort of flax seed products is...how can you be sure they have not gone rancid before you have bought them? Unless you positively KNOW their history etc it is far better not to use them if there are any doubts whatsoever. My source of supply, and I use only this source which will not be practical for 90% of you is www.waihi bush.co.nz . The site is full of very useful practical information. I only ever use the oil .
