I have read many posts about the importance of 'flax seed oil' but, is whole organic seeds, (the kind you grind yourself) not better for you? I just bought a bag from my HFS and tasted some, they are GOOD!!! Can I not just crush them up, and eat them? I am STILL working on cleaning my colon, to where I have a good BM every day!!!(I will never have 2-3 like Dr. Shultze though) I also got a bottle of liquid Bentonite Clay, that I will start on in the morning. Any comments?? I also am going on a 7-day juice fast, starting in the morning!! I am SO excited.
