My 6-year old autistic son has been on the 95% vegan diet for a couple of years now. He eats whole grains, nuts, cooked and raw veggies, fruits, drinks pure water. I only use filtered water and gray Sea Salt when cooking.
No fast foods, desserts, sodas, bottled juices.

The progress is very evident. He is a lot healthier too.
He makes a full eye contact and puts 100-piece puzzles together (in 10 minutes). Smaller puzzles (50-piece) he puts together picture side down (freaks me out).
