My boyfriend is pretty much the collector of neat, modern innovation stuff. Did you see the 'Eglu' that I posted over on the Garden Forum? It's neat design too.

I love the rocks around the shower and the way the shower head swivels through the wall to water plants on the other side - and the two way sink - and the wooden slat shutters and moveable partitions/windows etc. SupaCool! And, yeah, Property with SUNSHINE! Rooftops are the way to go...
