My son has been on the specific carb diet for about 3 mos now. .before that he was on a gf/cf diet for about 1.5 years..

he is really doing well.. more eye contact.. formed poops and he is going on the toilet now about 75% of the time (he is now 4)

anyway.. it is worth a try if you. breakingthevicouscycle.info has the website and info to get you doing..

doing the kefiring has really helped him as well as the probiotics recommended and cod liver oil is also important..
